How can I initiate my return?

The best method of return is via the post office parcel service, please make sure your order is well wrapped as the couriers can be very heavy-handed.

How long will it take to receive a refund?

Once we have received the items back to our warehouse and they are in good condition, we will refund you within 2-5 working days.

To be eligible for a refund all items must be returned unused and intact. Regrettably we are unable to refund items which are returned broken.

What happens if I accidentally return something that isn’t from Tojiki Gallery?

If you mistakenly send us an item that isn’t from us, we’ll do our best to contact you and hold the item for a short period – usually 30 days – while we try to resolve things. We can’t process a refund, exchange or replacement.

We’ll make every effort to return the item to you, but we can’t guarantee this will be possible and don’t accept liability if the item can’t be located and returned.

If we can’t identify the sender or don’t hear back from you, the item may be recycled or donated to charity.

Please double-check the item you’re returning and the return details before posting anything back.

How do I cancel my return request?

If you change your mind and decide that you don’t want to return an item to us, that’s no problem at all. No action is required and there’s no need to cancel the return request; simply keep the item and our systems will adjust automatically.
