How much is shipping?
Shipping ranges from £3.50-£6.95 or is free for orders over £75 (UK mainland only). We use DPD and Royal Mail.
Shipping options and costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket's size and weight, determining the most suitable courier service.
When will my order arrive?
We aim for all orders to be dispatched from our warehouse in London within 1-3 business days, this may be slightly longer in our busy periods. We take extra care to prepare the order for sending, which takes a little extra time.
Can I click and collect my order?
At this time, Click & Collect is not available. All orders are shipped to the delivery address provided at checkout.
Can I use them in an oven or over direct flame?
Our products are not made from heat-resistant clay and should not be used in ovens or exposed to direct flames.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled immediately before shipping. However, if the order has already been shipped, a refund will be processed after the returned item is received. Please see more details in Returns & Refunds.
How do I return my order?
The best method of return is via the post office parcel service, please make sure your order is well wrapped as the couriers can be very heavy-handed.
How long does a refund take?
Once we have received the items back to our warehouse and they are in good condition, we will refund you within 2-5 working days.
