- Small white or black spots on the surface are due to the natural iron content in the clay and are not considered defects.
- Slight discoloration or glaze peeling may occur during the crafting and drying process, which can sometimes result in darker marks on the unglazed bottom of the piece.
- Sizes may vary by up to 1.0 cm depending on the measuring method, and colours may look different depending on your monitor’s resolution and brightness settings.

UK Mainland & Northern Ireland

After safely packing and boxing up your items, we dispatch orders using your chosen selection of DPD or Royal Mail (Tracked 24 or Tracked 48) and for UK customers you will get updates by email or text, using the contact details you provide on your order.

UK Mainland only delivery charges vary by weight, or are free when you spend £75 or more.

Shipping options/costs are calculated at checkout based on your basket size and weight, determining the different options and courier services.

For supported destinations(Austria, Germany, France,Ireland, Italy, Netherlands) all import duties and customs clearance charges are included in the final checkout price and will be handled by us to ensure smooth delivery.

Please note that local VAT applicable in your country is not included and will need to be paid by the customer upon delivery.
